Why I Have a Cancellation Policy
One of my favorite parts of my job is spending time with my clients and helping them feel better. I’d always rather see you on my table than charge a cancellation fee.
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. Because I work by appointment only, it’s very difficult to fill a spot when a cancellation happens at the last minute. That means I lose the opportunity to serve another client while also losing income from that reserved time.
To help keep my schedule fair and sustainable, I have the following cancellation policy:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.
Emergencies Happen
Life is unpredictable, and I understand that true emergencies arise. If you become ill or experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. These situations will always be considered with understanding (no charges)!
Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and the other clients who are waiting for appointments. Your understanding allows me to continue providing the best care possible for everyone who walks through my door.
